Guided tour of the Verbano hydroelectric power plant
Description
With guided tours of our facilities, it is possible to experience firsthand the fascination of hydropower and its production.
The nearly 2,200 m drop between the Gries reservoir at an elevation of 2,386 m above sea level and Lake Maggiore at 193 m above sea level is the highest jump used by a number of large storage facilities in Switzerland.
