Actively enjoy spring in Ticino. Trail Running Camp in Ticino: 4 days of trail running under expert guidance to explore the most beautiful corners of the Ascona-Locarno region and its enchanting valleys. In April, as spring blossoms in Ticino, the Ascona-Locarno region is at its finest: Mediterranean vibes, lush green woods, and the sparkling blue waters of Lake Maggiore – a true paradise for nature lovers! Together, we’ll explore picturesque trails through chestnut forests, scenic viewpoints, and hidden valleys with crystal-clear streams. We'll discover charming villages and immerse ourselves in both Alpine and Mediterranean culture. Accommodation will be at the charming Hotel La Palma au Lac in Locarno, the perfect starting point for our excursions. After the runs, relaxation awaits in the hotel’s wellness area, along with delicious Ticino specialties. Get ready to experience a trail running adventure that combines sport, pleasure, and nature – all in the stunning surroundings of Lake Maggiore!

14:00–17:00: Welcome and introduction, Functional warm-up, Introduction to trail running and technique, Distance: 6–10 km
19:00: Welcome aperitif
19:30: Dinner at the hotel
Day 2
7:15–8:00: Morning activity
From 8:00: Breakfast
9:45: Long trail run. Distance: 12–22 km
15:30: End of training and wellness time
19:00: Dinner at a Ticino pizzeria
20:30: Presentation on the charm of trail running/training
Day 3
08:00: Breakfast
10:00–11:30: Functional training input – athletics and running school
11:30–17:00: Free time
17:00: Evening trail run. Distance: 8–12 km
20:00: Dinner at a Ticino grotto
Day 4
7:15–8:00: Morning activity
From 8:00: Breakfast (followed by check-out)
9:45: Trail run. Distance: 10–18 km
14:00: End of the tour and snack (showers available at the hotel)
