Dr. Feelgood

Description

For the last night, Dr. Feelgood return to the Magic Blues after more than 10 years! Born on Canvey Island (Essex) in the early 1970s, Dr. Feelgood remain among the most energetic and popular rhythm and blues live bands in the world. Their raw, direct style soon brought them success, with their album Stupidity topping the UK charts. They conquered global audiences with tracks such as Roxette, Back in the Night, Milk and Alcohol, Down at the Doctors, She Does It Right, Going Back Home and See You Later Alligator, which earned them their first gold record. The last album with Lee Brilleaux, Down at the Doctors, was recorded live two months before his death. The current line-up includes Kevin Morris (drums, 42 years in the band), Phil Mitchell (bass, 38), the return of Gordon Russell on guitar and Robert Kane (ex-Animals), vocals since 1999. 2022 saw the release of Damn Right!, an album of previously unreleased songs that was acclaimed everywhere. The live Live in Caen (2024) confirmed their reputation for excellence on stage. Dr. Feelgood are still touring the world today. Concert not to be missed!!!

Opening will be The Hus-Band from Ticino, born in 2023 in Lugano, composed of Matteo Bertini, Mattia Mantello, Federico and Riccardo Sicilia. Already active on the national scene, the four musicians give life to a genuine and direct project, with a fresh and fun classic rock, enriched by sharp and provocative lyrics.
