Casa Anatta Museum

Description

The Casa Anatta Museum hosts the permanent exhibition "MONTE VERITÀ. Le mammelle della verità" (The Breasts of Truth), which was realized by the Swiss famous curator Harald Szeemann in 1978 and conceived as an art installation. After an extensive conservative restoration, it was redesigned in the spring of 2017, taking into account the original intentions of the curator and the principles of cultural heritage preservation. The exhibition, originally conceived as a traveling exhibition and rich in materials closely related to the history of the place, has been restored to maintain its "mobile" character. On the ground floor of the museum today is the exhibition "The Truths of a Mountain" by Andreas Schwab, which aims to contextualize and deepen Szeemann's work.
