To cancel or change a ticket, please contact shop@ascona-locarno.com directly. Please note the following: all information regarding cancellation policies can be found in the General Terms and Conditions. Exceptions may be possible after prior clarification and agreement with the experience provider.
No, vouchers cannot be canceled or redeemed for cash.
Under My Account - Personal Information - Account section, you can permanently delete your account. This will also result in the permanent deletion of all data stored with us (e.g., purchases, ...).
